Beaufort Baths

OUR STRONGEST BATH SOLUTION

What Are Beaufort Baths?

Beaufort baths met its inception through asking a simple question: How do we bring our customers a collection of the very best baths that UK manufacturing has to offer?

Our Beaufort Baths range boasts 31 designs, more than 20 different sizes and over 250 different models including a comprehensive offering of freestanding, double-ended, single-ended and corner baths in addition to our range of bespoke whirlpool baths. And through the introduction of colour matching bath grips, taps, basin wastes and overflows there are an abundance of options allowing you to truly make your bathroom your own.

What Sets Beaufort Baths Apart?

All our Beaufort baths are manufactured from a 5mm cast acrylic sheet on the very latest vertical vacuum forming machines, capable of zone heating to ensure an even form and consistent material thickness. Fitted with an encapsulated baseboard and strengthened by a coating of fibre and resin mix, Beaufort baths are durable and highly resistant to scratches and stains.

Our confidence in Beaufort baths is reflected in our 25 year warranty that each Beaufort bath comes with as standard.

We also offer a selection of extra reinforced baths called Beauforté baths. All Beauforté baths have an extra layer of reinforcement to the underside of the bath. The extra reinforcement adds an additional layer of insulation to the bath and allows the Beauforté bath to retain heat for longer periods of time. This reinforcement process results in a bath as strong as any steel bath and almost twice as strong as a typical acrylic bath available in the market today. Each Beauforté bath comes with a 30 year warranty as standard.

We are so confident in the quality of our baths that we tested their strength by placing a 6 ton truck onto 4 Beauforté baths. Have a watch here!

Why The Name Beaufort?

The name Beaufort derives from the Beaufort wind scale which was created in 1805 by Irish hydrographer Francis Beaufort (later Rear Admiral Sir Francis Beaufort). The Beaufort wind scale is a descriptive table of different wind conditions and their effects, assigning a series of numbers from 0 to 12 to depict the force of the wind. In keeping with this theme many of our Beaufort bath ranges are named after areas of the shipping forecast where the Beaufort wind scale is still used to this day.
